Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ChatterFox for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical for legal, security, or operational reasons.
